Lazaro Valdes, a retired Miami Dade Police officer with 30 years of service, has worked on federal cases with the FBI, DEA, and FDA. He has two decades of experience in narcotics and explosives detection dogs. His final position was ensuring safety at Miami International Airport. Currently as part of Dynamic Integrated Security, he applies his expertise to safeguarding schools, places of worship and the community.

Isaac N. Strattan is a security professional with over seven years in security management, including armed roles. Certified in Crowd Management and CPR/AED and licensed in Concealed Carry and Security (D & G licenses), he leads school safety as a Regional Manager at Dynamic Integrated Security. A U.S. Navy veteran and Eagle Scout, Isaac is committed to safety and reliability.

A graduate of the prestigious University of Central Arkansas business school, Kris has also built and scaled multiple successful businesses, blending military rigor with entrepreneurial vision to deliver innovative, life-saving solutions.

Roberto Talamantes is a highly experienced Safe School Regional Manager. He has a background in security management and a deep understanding of school and commercial-specific security needs. Robert also serves as Dynamic’s K-9 handler for our golden retriever Arya who is trained in the detection of firearms and ammunition.
